Print off a template, closest with your helmet make and model (below). Draw your ideas to the best of your ability and email your design. We will reply to discuss and clarify your request. Alternatively, contact us to discuss your requirements.
If you wish us to design the helmet for you we will require a booking for the helmet to be worked on. This will require a 50% non refundable deposit (which is deducted from the total amount once the helmet is painted). We aim to provide an outline of the design but reserve the right to change elements that improve the wow factor of your helmet; (during design or production).
Once we have a booked a date and you have supplied the helmet to us for the work to start, a confirmed deposit receipt and the basic layout design with all colours agreed (signed off by you the client). We start the transformation of your helmets identity. We aim for a 4-6 week turn around but this can change depending on work load and complexity of design, so please be clear and let us know any important dates the new look helmet would be required for.
When your helmet is completed and ready we will contact you with regards delivery. Please note that delivery is additional to any specified address worldwide. Once we have the delivery method we will calculate shipping and add the delivery to the final 50% of the agreed cost. All funds must be cleared in our account before we can release your goods and we also retain images of the finished product for our own promotional material.
Please be aware that for safety reasons, products used in the production of custom painted helmets can alter the structure and strength of Polycarbonate based (Plastic) helmets. Specifically 2K clear coats that are used at the end of the painting process. Therefore; unless your helmet manufacturer can supply a written statement verifying the structural integrity of the helmet after paint, we can only recommend Fibreglass or Carbon fibre based substrates (helmet shells) for the paint process.

We aim to turn around your helmet in 3-4 weeks of receiving the helmet; however, this is only an estimated time frame. Depending on work load, complexity and additional processes this time can increase at times. If you are needing the helmet for a specific date please let us know and we will try to complete to your time frame.

Once we have supplied you with your quotation based on your design needs, we will book a date to start your helmet. We will require a 50% none refundable deposit on booking. Once you helmet is complete the final invoice will be sent to the email address given for the total price including postage. On receipt of final payment, your helmet will be shipped or delivered. LEVEL ONE DESIGN:
2-3 base colours
Name or number on each side.
LEVEL TWO DESIGN:
Medium complexity design using base colours and exotic colours including pearls and metallics or candies. Includes names and numbers and sponsor logo.
LEVEL THREE DESIGN:
Highly complicated layered race design or a freehand concept design.
This is the start price for each custom paint job.
